Roodeplaat Agri Hub provides agricultural products including seedlings, plants, agro-inputs, and Agriblooms. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Orders and Availability

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.

As we deal with live plants, all orders are treated as pre-orders. While we aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, lead times may extend up to four weeks depending on growing cycles and availability.

If a product is unavailable or delayed, we will communicate with you and offer suitable alternatives where possible.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.

We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

4. Delivery

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.

• Delivery times vary based on location and product availability.
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or communicated where applicable.
• While we take great care in packaging, Roodeplaat Agri Hub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Nature of Live Products

Our products are living plants, and as such:

• Variations in size, colour, and growth stage may occur.
• Growth performance depends on environmental factors such as soil, weather, and care.
• Customers are responsible for proper handling and care after delivery.

We ensure all plants leave our nursery in healthy condition.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of live plants:

• Returns are generally not accepted.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

7. Bulk Orders and Custom Requests

For orders exceeding 5,000 plants, custom pricing and lead times apply.

If you cannot find a specific plant variety on our website, you are encouraged to contact us. We may be able to grow or source it for you.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website or engage in any activity that may harm its functionality, security, or reputation.

All content on this website, including images and text, is the property of Roodeplaat Agri Hub and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
