Returns & Refunds Policy

At Agri Hub SA, we take pride in supplying healthy, high-quality plants and agricultural products. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, our returns and refunds policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our products.

1. Nature of Our Products

Our products are living plants, which means:

  • Variations in size, colour, and growth stage may occur
  • Performance depends on environmental factors such as soil, weather, and care
  • Plants are sensitive to handling and transport conditions

For this reason, returns are handled differently from non-perishable goods.

2. Returns Policy

We do not accept general returns on live plants.

However, we will assist in cases where:

  • The product is incorrect
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered

All return-related claims are subject to review and approval.

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us immediately when you receive your order
  • You must provide:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photographic evidence of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

4. Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim has been reviewed, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement plants
  • Store credit

The resolution will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.

 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Damage occurring after delivery due to improper handling or care
  • Normal plant stress due to transplanting or environmental changes
  • Minor variations in plant size, colour, or maturity
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

6. Order Cancellations

There are no cancellation 

 

7. Bulk & Custom Orders

  • All orders are nonrefundable,Bulk orders (over ——— plants) and custom-grown items are non-refundable
  • Any issues must still be reported within the specified timeframe

We encourage customers to confirm all details before placing large or custom orders.

8. Failed Deliveries

We are not responsible for refunds if delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Customer unavailability
  • Failure to respond to courier communication

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-dispatch.
