At Agri Hub SA, we are committed to delivering your plants and agricultural products safely and efficiently. As we work with live products, our shipping process is carefully managed to ensure quality upon arrival.

1. Order Processing & Lead Times

All orders are treated as pre-orders due to the nature of live plants.

  • Standard lead time: Up to 1 to 4 weeks
  • Orders are processed based on availability, growing cycles, and order volume and season
  • Orders are only processed once full payment has been received

You will receive updates at each stage of your order, from processing to dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

  • Courier partners: Bobgo
  • Delivery areas: nationwide 
  • Shipping options: door-to-door, collection points

Shipping method may vary depending on your location and the type of products ordered.




3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are:

  • Calculated at checkout  / Quoted separately (choose one), will depend if uber is an option, let me know if this option will make life difficult 
  • Based on order size, weight, and delivery location,amount of boxes

Any additional delivery charges will be communicated before dispatch.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Estimated delivery time: 1-4 business days, depending on location
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the season ,location and courier operations

Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions or courier delays.

5. Packaging of Live Plants

All plants are:

  • Carefully packed to maintain freshness and protection during transit
  • Prepared to minimise stress and ensure they arrive in healthy condition

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely.

6. Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, customers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting the order immediately
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package.

 

7. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

As we deal with live plants:

  • Lead times may be affected by growing conditions, weather, or supply factors
  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier or logistical issues

We will communicate any delays and keep you informed throughout the process.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

    • Damaged or incorrect  :Notify us immediately upon receipt of delivery,due to the perishable nature of live plants.
    • Provide clear photos and order details
  • Once the plants have been planted in the ground, their care and environment are fully in the customers hands. After planting, we no longer accept responsibility for the plants condition.

We will assess the issue on a case by case basis and offer a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement, however, we do not always guarantee replacements. We will review the cause of the issue and if it is determined that the problem arose from the customer’s handling or care, a replacement will not be provided.

  1. Awareness of plant Transit stress
  • Please note that we specialize in shipping live plants and as a result , they may arrive slightly wilted or stressed due to transit. This is a normal response and does not indicate poor health. With proper care plants recover quickly and will thrive in their new environment.

10. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Customer unavailable
  • Failure to respond to courier

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

11. Bulk Orders

For large or custom orders:

  • Special delivery arrangements may be required
  • Lead times and shipping costs will be quoted separately

Please contact us directly for bulk order logistics.

12. Collection Option (Optional Section)

Customers may choose to collect orders from:

  • Location: —please get precise location of the nursery from google maps
  • Collection times: Mon to Sat 8am-4pm, Sun 8am-1pm

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
